Where can I get help on my user account setup and permissions?

Contact your company’s Head Security Designate or Security Designate. He or she will have the ability to reset your passwords, update/change your product access rights and unlock your account. The Head Security Designate or Security Designate will have access to the online tutorial that provides information on resetting passwords, editing user profiles, etc.

Whom do I contact if my questions aren’t answered in Help?

Your Experian account team (your account executive and the sales support staff) is available to help you. You also can call our customer support team at 800 520 1221 for assistance.

What should I do if I get an error message?

Many of the conditions that may cause the system to issue an error message are transient. Your initial response to an error message should be to return to the BizApps homepage and re-enter your user ID and password. Often this will correct the error, and BizApps will work as expected.

How can I get technical assistance?

Experian's technical support specialists are a phone call away if you experience a problem, have a question about using the product that is not answered by online Help or would like to submit a suggestion for enhancing the product. Experian's Technical Help Desk can be reached at 800 854 7201 Monday through Friday, 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Pacific Time) and Saturdays, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Pacific Time).
